There are several ways to make appointments with Dr. Gertler at the Oakland Center for Holistic Health.

For same day appointment requests, please call the office at (510) 652-2302 and speak directly with our staff.

If you are requesting appointment information by email, we will respond within 24 hours.

All new patients can print and complete their Confidential Patient Intake Forms from this page.

Accident and Personal Injury patients can print and complete their additional Patient Intake Forms from this page.
